2T16 REIMS-GUEUX CLASSIC BP FUEL DEPOT
This product is a replica of the Reims-Gueux Raceway Fuel Depot in France, dating
back to the middle years of the previous century. The circuit was closed in 1972 and
soon the buildings and structures started to deteriorate. An organization has started
to restore and preserve many of the trackside buildings and structures and the
original and restored fuel depot can be seen in the photos below.
The notice on the structure reads as follows if translated: "These TANKS with a
capacity of 2400 litres were specially built by the SHELL BERRE and BP
PETROLES COMPANIES to refuel the REIMS CIRCUIT. They allow two different
fuels to be distributed simultaneously at 45 refuelling stations. Adjustable speed rate
can reach 200 litres per minute. Triple filtering guarantees the absolute cleanliness
of the Fuel Supplied to Competitors.

They are made from Super Refined MDF or Basswood.
They come in laser cut sheets and are easy to assemble requiring only Glue (CA, PVA or Wood Glue). They can be finished with Paint, Spray or Stain.
Artwork is laser printed on quality card-stock and any complex shapes are pre-cut for you. ***Note we use a laser to cut the artwork which may leave a very realistic racetrack residue!
